This is an exciting opportunity for a rising family law professional to grow within a boutique law firm that values integrity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to client service.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is:

  • Licensed to practice in Maryland
  • Has 1–3 years of experience in family law
  • Trained in custody and property mediation
  • Grounded in the fundamentals, yet eager to learn and grow

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Collaborating with attorneys and staff to resolve cases efficiently
  • Attending court hearings, performing legal research, and preparing for litigation
  • Drafting motions, pleadings, affidavits, discovery, and settlement agreements
  • Managing and organizing client files
  • Advising clients, developing case strategies, and setting realistic expectations
  • Engaging in firm marketing efforts—networking, bar events, social media
  • Committing to ongoing learning, system improvement, and delivering an exceptional client experience
